The inhabitant of Barnaul passed a ballot from a polling station to leave a memory on the election of the President of the Russian Federation, told reporters on Sunday, the head of the main Directorate of the interior Ministry for the Altai Krai Oleg Torubarov.

«In the first hours of voting in Barnaul recorded the fact of the removal of ballot from polling stations. The woman was not to vote: it took a Bulletin and walked away. Staff conducted a conversation with her on the subject of the inadmissibility of the organization of the «carousel». During the proceedings it turned out that she was a hairdresser and decided to keep the Bulletin in memory of the elections», — said Torubarov.

According to him, only the pre-election period in law enforcement bodies of the Altai territory received 65 complaints about the violations of the law. On all facts check is conducted.

According to the Chairman of the electoral Commission of the Altai Krai Irina Akimova, the main violations associated with illegal distribution of leaflets in several cities in the region over the past three months.

Altai region at 10.00 local time (07.00 Moscow time) turnout in presidential elections has exceeded 10%.
