The deputies of vsekitajsky meeting of national representatives (vsnp) on Sunday approved the candidacy of the head of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee Yang Satu to head new anti-corruption Agency China — State oversight Committee.

A secret ballot was held on Sunday morning at the sixth plenary meeting of the first session of the national people’s Congress of the 13th convocation.

A week earlier, on March 11, the deputies of the national people’s Congress approved the introduction of the Constitution amendment, which provides for the creation of a new anticorruption body. Now the functions of the chief anti-corruption Agency in China performs the Central Commission for CPC discipline inspection, however, it is a party, not a state Agency.

Ian Saadu (born in 1953) is a native of Shanghai. In 1970 he joined the PDA. In 2016-2017, the Minister for the control and nachalnikom national Bureau of anti-corruption. Now runs the Secretariat of the Central Committee.
