The Ambassador of Russia in Kazakhstan Alexey Borodavkin handed a copy of his credentials to Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Galymzhan Koishybaeva and met with the head of the foreign Ministry by Kairat Abdrakhmanov, said in a statement on the Embassy website.

«The seventeenth of March 2018, Russian Ambassador to Kazakhstan A. N. The Borodavkin handed a copy of his credentials zamaninda G. T. Koishybaeva, and met with Minister K. by K. Abdrakhmanov, with whom he discussed the dynamic development of ally relations, issues of bilateral cooperation and a number of other international issues», — stated in the message.

Former Russian Ambassador in Geneva Alexey Borodavkin has been appointed Ambassador to Kazakhstan in early February.
