The Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova told President Vladimir Putin the flash card with the report on the activities of the Ombudsman for 2017, as well as material for 7 thousand pages about the state of human rights in the regions of the Russian Federation, reported on the Kremlin website.
