The Bank of Russia notes a significant decline in cases associated with problems at the conclusion of contracts of insurance, in January-March this year, said the Deputy head of the service for the protection of the rights of consumers and ensure financial inclusion, the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Olga Kraynova.

Also, she said, in 2017 the main part of the service efforts were aimed at monitoring compliance with the insurance companies law, in connection with changes in the law on insurance, and the procedure of conclusion of the contract CTP in electronic form.
