In 2018, the average wage of employees of budget organizations is expected to grow by 13-15% and exceed the projected inflation in the three and a half times. This is stated in the review of the Central Bank «as evidenced by trends».

Wage growth is explained by the increase in the minimum wage to a living wage and the implementation of the may decrees of the President.

According to experts, since may 1 the minimum wage will rise to 11 thousand rubles, resulting in the payment of state employees will grow by 1.5-2.9 percentage points.

Commercial organizations will also increase the salaries of employees, but due to a shortage of personnel and competition for qualified employees, says the review. We are talking about the oil refining industry, in the areas of chemical production and printing activities, as well as in the production of motor vehicles.

Positive dynamics is traceable only in 2018. In 2019, the indexing of wages to fall to the level of inflation — about 4%, the document says.
