The authorities will continue to create a «regulatory sandboxing», where will be tested the most advanced legal regulation, and best practices will later be spread to the broader economy, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev during the St. Petersburg international legal forum.

«We continue to create so-called «regulatory sandboxing». That is, the experimental zone, which will be tested the most advanced legal regulation. And best practices — will be extended to the economy as a whole. In Russia are already operating territories of priority development with a special legal regime — Free port of Vladivostok. Very soon we plan to create special areas in the Primorye territory and the Kaliningrad region — on the Islands of Russian and October», — said Medvedev.

The Prime Minister noted that in the framework of supranational associations opens promising opportunities.

«We are actively working with our partners in the Eurasian economic Union, including in the digital agenda. We have a unique chance to build the infrastructure of economic cooperation on the basis of the most modern technologies, to ensure the compatibility of platforms for data exchange, introduce the services of products and services. Our goal is to create throughout Eurasia market without barriers, exclusions and limitations of the single customs territory», — he added.
