The head of audit chamber Tatyana Golikova cried in the Duma, while bidding farewell to colleagues in the chamber.

After a discussion about early withdrawal Golikova as the head of the accounting chamber she gave the word.

She summed up his tenure. Golikova has reminded that its employees tried to save state resources. She noted that during the period of his tenure as the budget returned 42,4 billion rubles. Golikova added that «what little Federal authority can boast».

In the final speech at her eyes filled with tears, but she managed to hold back. «In conclusion… its Hard to speak» he said and still cried.

She thanked the auditors and staff of the accounting chamber. The deputies supported her with applause.

Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin thanked Tatyana Golikova for the work.

«The authority of the accounting chamber was absolute in the understanding of MPs, regardless of political affiliation», he said.

Volodin also confirmed that the President for consideration sent the list of candidates for the post of head of the accounting chamber.

It included former Minister of Finance Alexei Kudrin (United Russia), first Deputy Chairman of the Committee on state construction and legislation Yuri sinelschikov (CPRF), the auditor of the accounts chamber Maxim rohmistrov (LDPR) and the Chairman of the Duma Committee on financial market Anatoly Aksakov («Fair Russia»).

«All candidate meet the requirements of the law on the accounting chamber. They have the necessary experience and they have the backing of the factions, which at this stage is necessary in order for the Council to take a decision», — said Volodin.

Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov later confirmed that the Kremlin entered the list of candidates for the position of head of the accounting chamber.
