The Prosecutor’s office of Turkey has issued warrants for the arrest of 101 former soldier of the air force, which is suspected of having links with the organization of the opposition Islamic preacher Fethullah Gulen (FETO), said on Thursday Anadolu Agency, citing a source in law enforcement bodies.

It is noted that detention for alleged Association with FETO sanctioned the Prosecutor’s office of Ankara. Among them one General, five colonels, two Lieutenant colonels, four major, 25 captains and lieutenants, 54, who had previously been dismissed on suspicion of having links with FETO. Operation on their detention is held in 22 provinces. 37 people are detained, the operation continues.
