NASA astronauts have successfully completed a planned spacewalk after nearly seven hours spent on the outer surface of the International space station (ISS), U.S. space Agency will broadcast live.

The commander of the ISS Andrew Feustel and flight engineer Richard Arnold began the spacewalk at 15.06 GMT. The astronauts have successfully completed the main task of installing high resolution cameras on the external surface of the American module «Harmony» (Harmony), who will film the arrival and docking to the space station under construction in the USA spacecraft. In addition, they performed additional tasks for maintenance of the station and preparing for future EVAs.

The spacewalk, the sixth since the beginning of the year, was uneventful and lasted 6 hours and 49 minutes. He was the ninth commander for Feustel, which is now ranked third in the world rankings time in total held in the open space. The record belongs to Russian Anatoly Solovyov, second place in American Mike (Michael) Lopez-Alegria.
