The faction of the liberal democratic party on Friday will submit to the state Duma a bill, according to which living in nursing homes were invited to hold 75% of the subsistence minimum of a pensioner, not from the whole of the pension as is happening now, said on Thursday reporters the head of the Duma Committee on labour and social policy Yaroslav Nilov.

«LDPR has drafted a bill that will be introduced tomorrow, is aimed at protecting pensioners, those in nursing homes… We offer to keep 75% of the subsistence minimum of a pensioner in the subject, and by law non-working pensioner not entitled to receive less than the subsistence minimum», — said Nilov.

He explained that currently reside in nursing homes charged 75% of the pension that, according to developers, is unfair. As in this case, social services are provided to the same extent those who have not worked in your life any day and those who earned a good pension. Thus, the bill of LDPR suggests to solve the problem.
