South Korea, Japan and China recognized that it is important to maintain the existing sanctions against North Korea to complete denuclearization, said on Thursday U.S. Secretary of state Mike Pompeo.

«Each of these three countries (South Korea, Japan, China) have recognized that it is important to maintain the existing sanctions against North Korea until the denuclearization will not actually fully completed,» Pompeo said at a joint press conference with foreign Minister of China Wang I.

Pompeo arrived in Beijing from Seoul, where he held talks with the foreign Ministers of Japan and South Korea following the meeting of U.S. President Donald trump with the North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN in Singapore.
