Specialists in the admissions Department of the Institute of emergency care named after N. In. Sklifosovsky will start to attend courses of medical ethics in September, and subsequently in communication skills will teach employees all the Moscow hospitals, reports city hall.

«The training will be head of the Department, doctors, nurses and administrators. Courses in the corporate development Department of health of the city of Moscow to tell them how to conduct a dialogue with the patient to reassure him and not cause a negative reaction, and what steps should be taken to the doctor to avoid professional burnout,» reads the website of the municipality.

It is noted that in the emergency Department Institute of emergency care named after N. In. Sklifosovsky runs while only a pilot project, in which staff teach more effectively distribute responsibilities, and to interact with colleagues.

The project will run until the end of the year, next year it will involve other hospital departments. After experts will evaluate the results, the experience gained will be applied in other hospitals of the Department of health of Moscow, quoted the Director of the Institute of emergency care named after N. In. Sklifosovsky Sergey Petrikov.

Specifies that the courses will last 24 hours or three days for eight hours. In one group can learn from 12 to 15 people. The lectures are conducted by professional psychologists. It is planned that a total of education courses until the end of this year will graduate more than 50 thousand employees of the clinics.
