The Moscow city court on Monday will consider a complaint against the verdict to the U.S. citizen Janna Bulakh, in absentia sentenced to 11 years in the case of the theft of more than 11 billion rubles of budget funds in the Moscow region, told RIA Novosti in court.

The appeal is scheduled for 11.00.

At the end of January, the Basmanny court sentenced bullock to 11 years in prison. The court also satisfied the civil claims of the victims: a number of municipal formations of the Moscow region and legal entities, totaling about 9 billion rubles. Bulakh is wanted, the competent authorities of the United States refused Russia’s extradition.

Investigators said that found in Russia more than a thousand antique items that have artistic and historical value, which Bulakh before leaving for the United States intended to bring to Finland, but this attempt was foiled, and values — were arrested.
