Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute named after N. E. Zhukovsky (TSAGI), the relevant document published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

«In connection with the executable in 2018 the 100 th anniversary of the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute named after Professor N. E. Zhukovsky resolve: to hold the 2018 event dedicated to the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Central Aerohydrodynamic Institute named after N. E. Zhukovsky,» — said in the text of the decree.

Putin also instructed the Russian government two months to create the organizing Committee on preparation for holiday events, approve its composition and to consider the plan of main events for the celebration of the jubilee of the Institute.

In addition, the President recommended that the authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, the interested scientific and educational organizations to participate in its activities.
