The Moscow city election Commission approved the form of ballot for voting in the upcoming September elections of the mayor of Moscow. The decision was taken at the Commission meeting on Thursday.

«It is proposed to approve the form of the ballot for voting on elections of the mayor of Moscow on September 9 and to determine the requirements for such ballots», — said Deputy Chairman of the electoral Commission Yury Yermolov.

He noted that the contents of the newsletter are provided by law, the candidates for it are in alphabetical order.

The mayoral elections will be held in the capital on September 9. Initially, for the registration of candidates filed papers more than 30 people, but more than 20 of them are unable to collect signatures of voters and municipal deputies in his support, others on their own withdrew. Two candidates — former state Duma Deputy Dmitry Gudkov nominated from the party «Civic platform», and the independent candidate Vladimir Kuvshinov — was denied registration due to incomplete documents.
