Tensions in relations between Russia and the United States has no objective reasons, as ideological opposition in the past, said the Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov.

«It is obvious that in the recent cooperation between our countries is in crisis. But, it seems to us that the situation has objective reasons, has no objective basis. Cold war has long ended, the era of sharp ideological confrontation between the Soviet Union and America left too far in the past. In General, the world situation has changed dramatically,» — said Ushakov reporters ahead of the summit of leaders of Russia and USA in Helsinki.
