Transport management of the MIA of Russia for the Central Federal district opened a criminal case after beating Polish diplomat on Board the plane flight Irkutsk-Moscow. This was reported on the website of the press service management.

The report stated that a criminal case under article 116 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation has been initiated against a Russian citizen in 1983. In addition, he is accused of committing administrative offences under part 6 of article 11.17 of the code of administrative offences (Failure of the persons aboard the aircraft, lawful orders of the aircraft commander), and article 20.21 (Appearance in public while intoxicated).

Previously the foreign Ministry of Poland reported that the employee of the Department beat in the plane when he was returning from a business trip. Diplomat was examined by doctors at the moment he’s back in Poland.
