Students and educators of Tajikistan ordered to coordinate with the Ministry of education and science of the Republic to travel outside of the country in connection with the intention to protect their rights and interests in other States. As reported by Sputnik Tajikistan, said the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of education Rakhmatullo Mirboboyev.

He also noted that to date the authority has never refused to travel-related conferences, studies or participation in other activities.

According to Mirboboev, the introduction of rules does not limit the rights of students and teachers when traveling abroad. He stressed that this provision applies only in cases where representatives of universities and students going abroad for studies, Symposium or a business trip.

We are not talking about personal trips to other countries, said the official.

The new rules entered into force in February this year. Now before any travel abroad of employees of the Republic Ministry of education, school Directors and University presidents must agree on your departure with the authorities.

Persons traveling abroad have 15 days to provide all details about the trip, and a written decision of the foreign Ministry.

Heads of educational institutions also need to justify your departure and agree on the text of the speech at the international event with the Ministry of education.

Thus upon return, they must submit to the Ministry a written report on his trip.

These same rules apply to students and teachers of secondary education institutions, only after receiving written permission they can travel to participate in international competitions and other events.
