The lack of major networking companies in the Crimea affects competition in the region, said the head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov.
«From the point of view of competition, we have a situation that is different from other subjects of the Russian Federation. The absence of major players in the market… we don’t Have any major network companies or companies with state participation, no private companies that are drivers of the economy in other subjects of the Russian Federation budget», — said Aksenov at the meeting devoted to the implementation of the national development plan competition.
According to him, the presence of major companies in the regions gives other opportunities for taxpayers to the formation of pricing, accessibility to credit programs.
«The Crimea is in this part can not be on the same line with other subjects of the Russian Federation», — said Aksenov.
In turn, the head of the Federal Antimonopoly service of Russia Igor Artemyev said that the development of competition should be one of the priorities of socio-economic development in the regions.
