Orphans and students with disabilities can apply for admission on the appropriate quota has not one, but five universities with the current admission campaign, reported the press service of the Ministry of education.

Earlier it became known that President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a law providing for the right of disabled students to apply to several universities. The current procedure involves out-of-competition receipt of disabled students in universities within the quota, and if it is exceeded, between them there is a contest for admission to the University. The current procedure, therefore, does not guarantee the admission of a disabled successfully passed the exams.

«This year, orphans and students with disabilities can apply for admission on the appropriate quota has not one, but five universities and three areas of training in each. The relevant law was passed on June 27 and begins to act with the current admission campaign» — told RIA Novosti in the press service of the Ministry of education.
