The speaker of the U.S. house of representatives Paul Ryan said that Russian President Vladimir Putin will not be invited to speak in the U.S. Congress.

«Obviously, we will not invite him to participate in the open session, this right is reserved for our allies. And there’s nothing wrong with that the President (Donald trump) will meet one-on-one with Putin. The main thing in this question the signal. And the signal – to stop interfering in the Affairs of our country, violate our sovereignty. This is the signal that we expect,» said Ryan in a press conference.
