Council land and property relations created on behalf of the head of the Nizhny Novgorod region Gleb Nikitin, the press service of the Governor and government of the region.

The Council will consider the provision of land for construction, conclusion of concession agreements and agreements in the framework of public-private partnership using state property. Questions of execution of decisions earlier investment Board will also fall within the competence of this body.

«I would like to especially note that the Council land and property relations will be engaged in cultural heritage: issues of possible financial support for bona fide owners or, on the contrary, the withdrawal of IPOs negligent. The Council was headed by the Minister of property and land relations Sergei Barinov, the Vice-chairmen were the head of the Department of state protection of cultural heritage Hope the Reverend and the Deputy Minister of property and ground relations Alexander Kononov.

Barinov said that the Council will resolve issues of granting land plots for the construction in the shortest possible time and focus on a more detailed approach to the project, excluding the possibility of reserving land plots without construction.

The newly created body was made up of 30 people: Ministers and heads of departments of the Nizhny Novgorod region, the head of management of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography Natalya Korionova, head of the Federal service for supervision of consumer rights protection and human welfare Natalya Kucherenko, Director General of JSC «Corporation of development of Nizhny Novgorod region» Maxim Tevs, head of Nizhny Novgorod, Vladimir Panov, heads of major energy supply companies. The first meeting is scheduled for the III quarter of 2018.
