The chamber jointly with the Russian popular front will monitor the implementation of the «may decree» of Russian President Vladimir Putin, said in a press release of the Ministry.

The corresponding cooperation agreement was signed by the President of the chamber Alexei Kudrin and head of the Executive Committee of the popular front Alexey Anisimov.

Among the objectives to achieve in this period is the improvement of a number of demographic indicators, occurrence of the Russian Federation among the five largest economies in the world, a halving in the level of poverty in the country, inflation will not exceed 4%.

«The agreement provides for the exchange of analytical, statistical and methodological information on the monitoring of the implementation of the «may decree» in 2018, state programmes and national projects, the Federal budget and budgets of state extra-budgetary funds. The chamber will also provide onf expert and Advisory assistance,» the report says.

The chamber will be able to suggest relevant topics for discussion in the framework of the onf. The front will inform the office of the most relevant socially important issues, plan events, invite representatives of the chamber of accounts for work on the thematic areas and projects. The document also provides for the participation of representatives of the movement in the monitoring of measures on elimination of violations identified by auditors. Representatives of onf can be invited to attend meetings of the Board of the accounting chamber.

As head of the audit chamber, the onf and the control office already established cooperation in recent years, the chamber received more than 60 complaints onf. «But now the country and all of us are ambitious goals. Implementation of these tasks requires greater involvement, in particular, civil society bodies, including the onf. That’s why we signed a new agreement,» — are reported words of Kudrin.
