A man with a homemade raft made from plastic bottles and planks, was moving through the Gulf of Sivash with the village of Small (Ukraine) in the Crimea in the direction of Cape Ring.

When a citizen discovered a passport, military ID, travel backpack with clothes and provisions, a few Bank cards, phones, flash cards and a video camera. Offender brought to administrative responsibility for violation of the state border of the Russian Federation in the form of a fine.
