The Governor of Sevastopol Dmitry Ovsyannikov accused the deputies of the legislative Assembly in non-constructive work, and withdrew from Parliament its representative, the press service of the head of the Republic.

«I consider it unacceptable to offensive public statements of a number of members of the legislative Assembly of Sevastopol, which they allow to the heads of the city government and the peoples of the Russian Federation. These actions incompatible with the status of Deputy of Sevastopol. In this regard, I recalled its representative from the legislative Assembly. Work with the representative authority will continue in other formats in accordance with the law. The heads of the Executive authorities entrusted to follow the decree, in exercising the powers», — quotes the words Ovsyannikova press service.

The decree was signed on July 24, reported the press service. The decision was taken due to the «unconstructive approach of the deputies» the legislative Assembly «in the legislative process, the implementation of priority programs and projects of city development,» said the government.

During the session of the regional Parliament on 24 July, the deputies several times refused to grant the representative of the Governor Mikhail Vavilov. Vavilov, head of the legal Department of the government of Sevastopol, a representative of the Governor in Parliament from October 2016.
