State Duma Deputy Sergei Zheleznyak, who, according to sources, left the post of Deputy Secretary General Council of «United Russia», will not lose its Duma mandate, even if released from the EP, but can advance it to lose in case of transfer to another party, told RIA Novosti Secretary of the CEC, Maya Grishina.
Earlier, several sources in the «United Russia» has told RIA Novosti that the ironstone left the post of Deputy Secretary General Council of United Russia by the decision of the party leadership, which was accepted for a long time. According to them, the ore has no plans to leave the party. The statement of ore on the resignation of the Deputy Secretary General of the Council shall be considered at the next meeting of the Presidium of the General Council, the date of which has not yet been determined.
«If only out of party, the mandate (state Duma Deputy) does not lose. If you enter into another party or out of faction powers (MP) terminated prematurely,» explained Grishin, answering the question of under what circumstances a Deputy can lose his mandate.
