Basmanny court of Moscow in absentia issued a warrant for the arrest of the three citizens of Syria, shot down a su-25 major Novel Filipova over the territory controlled by terrorists, told RIA Novosti press-Secretary of the court Juno Tsarev.

«The court has satisfied the petition of the investigation in absentia was elected a measure of restraint in form of detention in respect of Sohta Tarek Nawras, Sohta Amer Izzat and Srabi Murad Juma» she said.

Tsarev explained that they charged in absentia for participating in an illegal armed formation and mockery of the body of the deceased, they are declared in the international search.

Tsarev explained that the measure of restraint is chosen for two months from the date of extradition or detention on the territory of Russia.

Charges a number of articles of the Russian criminal code: «Participation in an illegal armed formation», «Murder of a person in a helpless position for reasons of religious or political hatred», «Attempted murder», «the Desecration of dead bodies».

Russian su-25 was shot down on 3 February in the Syrian province of Idlib. Pilot — Deputy commander of the squadron assault regiment of the Eastern military district major Roman Filipov — ejected, but was killed in battle with terrorists. The pilot blew himself up with a grenade, being surrounded by militants.
