The Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova has not yet received the letter from the Ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Lyudmila Denisova with a proposal to release 36 prisoners in Russia Ukrainians in exchange for the release of 36 of the Russians of Kiev, told RIA Novosti press-Secretary of Moskalkova.

«We have not received such a letter,» — said the press Secretary of the Ombudsman.

He noted, however, that Moskalkova looks forward to a continued dialogue with the Kiev colleague and that they will be able to find a compromise solution.

Earlier, the Russian and Ukrainian presidents Vladimir Putin and Petro Poroshenko agreed that the ombudsmen of the two countries will visit prisoners in the territory of the Russian Federation and Ukraine. In July Moskalkova arrived to Ukraine to visit a prisoner Odintsova, but she did not allow him, citing a lack of necessary documents.

Earlier in July Moskalkova reported that they with his Ukrainian counterpart Lyudmila Denisova exchange requests, the dialogue through correspondence. Russian Ombudsman stated that constantly receives letters from Denisova.
