The Russians on July 27, we can observe the longest total Eclipse of the moon in the twenty-first century.

A rare astronomical event visible to the naked eye almost the entire territory of the country within four hours — from 21:24 to 01:20 Moscow time.

Senior researcher at the Institute of applied astronomy Russian Academy of Sciences Nikolai Zheleznov on radio Sputnik said that the Eclipse will not affect people’s health. However, he drew attention to the fact that on Friday night you can observe another phenomenon.

«It is interesting that this lunar Eclipse coincided with the Great opposition of Mars. Tonight in clear weather near the «blood moon» you will see a bright red star, it will be Mars,» — said the expert.
