Russian energy Minister Alexander Novak believes that the oil market has already taken into account the intention of the US to impose sanctions against Iran in November.

«I can’t say. I think that now the market once all these factors are taken into account. Has stabilized,» — said Novak on the question of how much he appreciates a sanctions award in the price of oil.

The US President Donald trump on may 8 announced that Washington is out of agreement with Iran on its nuclear program reached «six» of international mediators (Russia, USA, Britain, China, France, Germany) in 2015, and announced the restoration of all sanctions against Tehran, including secondary, that is, against other countries doing business with Iran.
