Users of social networks from all over the world publish photos and videos from the longest Eclipse of the moon in the twenty-first century.

For cosmic play was observed by the inhabitants of Europe, Asia, Australia and South America. Eclipse seemed also in Antarctica, but in the sky over the northernmost parts of Siberia and of North America, this phenomenon is not apparent.

As shown in some shots, the Moon was painted crimson red color when fully was in the shadow of the Earth.

Eclipse of the moon began on Friday 21.24 GMT and will last until 1.19 GMT Saturday. Full phase of the phenomenon took place from 22.30 to 00.13. The heavenly play was the longest lunar eclipses in this century. Only in the 21st century is scheduled 225 lunar eclipses, 85 of which are full, and longer than three hours will last only six.
