Russia and Kazakhstan will sign an additional agreement, defining the areas of impact of flying on the new routes, launches OneWeb satellites on the rocket «Soyuz-2.1 b» from the Baikonur cosmodrome, told RIA Novosti, the Aerospace Committee of the Ministry of defense and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Kazkosmos).

Earlier, Russian media appeared information about the fact that the differences between Russia and Kazakhstan on the routes of flight of missiles to launch OneWeb satellites and the need to provide new district of fall of the detachable pieces of «Unions» in the territory Dzhangeldinsky district of Kostanay region threaten the contract of Roskosmos and OneWeb. As previously stated RIA Novosti the press service of the state Corporation, Russian Federal space Agency denied the possibility of a threat of failure of performance of contract to launch OneWeb satellites from Baikonur and Vostochny.

«The contract with OneWeb will be possible after the signing of the intergovernmental agreement,» — said the Scientists, noting that disagreements between Russia and Kazakhstan, and the order granting a new impact area is being worked on «with the interested bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

At the end of December 2017, the Federal space Agency has officially confirmed that contracted for nine Russian rockets «Soyuz» for satellites network OneWeb. It is planned to conduct the 21 launches of the Soyuz rocket with these devices. In addition, it was reported the contract for the use of 11 rockets «proton» is also to build groups OneWeb.

At the same time, a RIA Novosti source at the cosmodrome Baikonur, has informed that for the preparation of the spaceport to launch the program OneWeb part of the planned launches have moved to other platforms and missiles. So, in order to release the 31st launching pad from which the launch of «Soyuz-2.1», it moved the start of the two cargo ships «Progress MS» in October 2018 and February 2019. Now they will have to be launched to the ISS on the first platform, the so-called «Gagarin start» on the rocket «Soyuz-FG».
