A Deputy of Seym of Latvia Alexander Kirshtejns has declared necessity «to split Russia into several parts». About this politician wrote in his Twitter.

According to the Latvian deputies, such a measure is «necessary for peace» in his country and Europe.

«Only when Russia breaks up into small countries on ethnic composition, armed conflicts will end, and Europe will be peace for many years,» concluded Kirsteins.

This statement of policies commented on a post on the writer Vladimir Voinovich, who suggested an extremist version of the national anthem of the Soviet Union.
