Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a package of laws, which provides, inter alia, the conduct of mandatory audio recording during court sessions in courts of General jurisdiction, the relevant document published on the official Internet portal of legal information.

Such a rule is already in place for trials in the arbitration courts.

Ensures that all litigants will have the right to get acquainted with such audio recordings, said earlier the Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on constitutional legislation Andrey Klishas.

The package of laws provides that the court, when considering civil, economic, criminal and administrative cases will be formed automatically. This is done in order to eliminate the influence on the composition of the court persons interested in the outcome of the trial.
