Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law expanding the list of grounds for appeal to the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) solutions in the sphere of urban planning, published on the official portal of legal information of the document.

The document is aimed at unifying the grounds for expedited administrative appeal in the field of urban relations that will make it easier for entrepreneurs to appeal a violation of the administrative procedure previously explained by the Deputy head of the FAS, We Petrosian.

The law relates to the grounds for appeal against the FAS decision, expressed in the illegal refusal to accept documents, applications, and in presenting to the Complainant, and provided documents and information requirements, established by normative legal acts.

Earlier, on similar grounds, the FAS has considered the complaint to actions of the organizations involved in the operation of the grid.

As noted earlier, uniformity in the appeal of organizations that operate networks and authorities in the field of urban relations that affect the process of construction, will allow the FAS to promptly restore the violated rights of organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the sphere of court.
