U.S. Secretary of state Mike Pompeo on Monday in his speech to the U.S. chamber of Commerce has announced three initiatives in business cooperation with countries in the Asia-Pacific region (APR).

«Our first task is a digital technology and cybersecurity. This cooperation should be based on respect for international law. This investment opportunity for American companies,» he said. According to him, American business is willing to spend on these needs in the order of 25 million dollars.

Pompeo noted that the second and third US initiative — energy investments and infrastructure in the region.
