The Federal tax service from August 1, will begin to publish on the Internet information on taxpayers, which was previously treated as a tax secret, told RIA Novosti in the Department.

To disclose more information about the taxpayers will be on using a special service on its site a «Transparent business» that every entrepreneur could check whether «ephemeral» and use «grey» schemes of tax evasion.

In particular, in August the tax authorities will publish information about the average number of employees for the preceding year, information on the taxpayers of the special tax regimes, as well as information about participating companies in the consolidated group of taxpayers as at 31 December of the previous year.

«The data will be published in relation to economic partnerships and companies, except those included in the list of strategic enterprises and organizations of the military-industrial complex and related to the largest taxpayers,» — said the Agency. I mean, most of the innovation will affect small and medium-sized businesses.

The tax authorities had planned back in July last year, to publish on its website information about taxpayers, which is due to changes to the Tax code ceased to apply to tax secrecy. Later, however, the term disclosure of this data it was decided to postpone from-for numerous complaints of business representatives, who wanted to reconcile with the tax authorities and to clarify information about yourself.

Publication of data will occur stage by stage: later, the Agency plans to disclose data about debts and fines, tax payments and tax offenses, the income and expenses according to the accounting statements.

Also, the list was supposed to include information on tax offences and decisions on prosecution, information on the paid amounts of insurance contributions.
