The court found the resident of the village of Nelkan in the Khabarovsk territory is guilty of theft of personal belongings from the crash site of the aircraft L-410 and assigned him 100 hours of compulsory work, according to the Prosecutor’s office of the region.

Earlier it was reported that the police arrested the resident of the village of Nelkan in the Khabarovsk region, which was suspected of being taken from the crash site of the aircraft L-410 tablet and cell phone died in a plane crash. Possessions of the dead crew and his fellow villagers were returned to her relatives.

«The Prosecutor’s office of the Ayano-Maisky district held the state charge on criminal case concerning the inhabitant of the village Nelkan. The court found him guilty in committing a crimes provided by point «in» parts of 2 articles 158 of the criminal code («Theft with causing of a considerable damage»)… the Court, given the remorse and young age at the time of the crime, sentenced the resident of the village to 100 hours of compulsory work», — stated in the message.

It is noted that the resident Nelena admitted guilt, repented and actively cooperated with law enforcement. The the verdict is not yet.

The collapse of the L-410 aircraft belonging to the Federal state unitary enterprise «Khabarovsk airlines», occurred on 15 November 2017 at landing in the village Nelkan. On Board were two pilots and five passengers. Six people died, the girl survived three and a half years. According to preliminary data, onboard the aircraft appeared off-nominal situation related to the right of the power plant.
