After the signing of the Convention on the legal status of the Caspian sea will create a special group to develop the agreement, including as reflected in the document of the agreement, said Saturday the Minister of foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Kayrat Abdrakhmanov.

«Along with the draft Convention parties have established an extensive contractual framework, which includes nine five-sided documents, and tomorrow, it must be replenished with seven new agreements,» said Abdrakhmanov, opening the meeting of foreign Ministers of the Caspian countries.

He noted that on Saturday, the foreign Ministers «to agree on a Protocol decision of the Ministerial Council, outlining further actions to implement the provisions of the Convention.»

«It is proposed after the signing of the Convention to establish a high level group under the auspices of the ministries of foreign Affairs and to assign to it in the near future to begin the development of the draft agreement concerning the methods of establishing the straight baselines, as you know, the agreement reflected in the draft Convention and the final communiqué for the upcoming summit,» said Abdrakhmanov.
