The government is inclined to think that the tax rate for self-employed who provide services to natural persons amounted to 4%, legal entities — 6%, while the tax will include the insurance contributions for compulsory health insurance, said Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova at a press conference in MIA «Russia today».

«Now, I have to say that we are close to a solution, are inclined to believe that the rate on the services provided to individuals should not exceed 4%, the rate for services provided to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs should not exceed 6%, but I’m telling you until this assumption, the final decision will soon be made,» he said.

According to her, it is assumed that the 4% and 6% will include insurance contributions for compulsory medical insurance. «And now we are working on providing citizens with a convenient mechanism for pension contributions. This topic we have not yet received a final decision, but we are close to this decision,» he added.

Golikova stressed the need to create a comfortable regime, which would involve people in the process of a civilized tax, lest it destroy individual enterprise.
