A resident of Udmurtia, 32 years served in prison, was taken hostage eight-year-old student and a few hours kept him in the apartment, threatening to kill, their actions said boredom, have informed in investigatory management SK across Udmurtiya.

«The resident, 50-year-old man met on the street 8-year-old boy and asked him to help carry his bags to the apartment.
