Artist without arms who paints with his feet, put on a charity auction to protect rare animals of the Far East at the Eastern economic forum in Vladivostok, according to the Center for the study and conservation of the Amur tiger.

The annual charity auction will be open all three days of the forum. Its aim is to support programmes on biodiversity conservation in Russia.

«In 2018 among the auction lots will feature the work of artist Olesya Matyas. At the age of 12 years old Oles in the accident lost both arms. After the tragedy, she dedicated herself to the painting and says his paintings with his feet. Especially for the Eastern economic forum, she has written two picture of the Amur tiger», — stated in the message.

Auction in the protection of rare animals of the Far East is conducted in 2015 the WEF at the initiative of the presidential envoy in the far East Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Trutnev. In 2017, it has collected more than 2 million rubles. The most popular lot was a tour with the Minister of natural resources of Russia Sergey Donskoy in one of the sanctuaries of Russia. The lot was bought by the founder of the group of companies «North» Ildar Neverov for 1 million rubles.

Fourth Eastern economic forum will be hosted by far Eastern Federal University on the Russian island on September 11-13. MIA «Russia today» is the General information partner of the WEF.
