Nikolai Bulakin («United Russia»), the acting head of the capital of Khakassia of Abakan, according to preliminary results of the vote, wins the election for mayor, gaining 77,63% of the votes; in second place — the candidate from the Communist party Anastasia Moss (8,85% of the votes), according to data published on the website of the electoral Commission of the Republic.

The percentage of processed protocols of elections in the election Commission’s website does not specify.

For mayor at the next election fought six candidates. Candidates from five parties, one in the self-nomination.

According to the electoral Commission at 09.44 local time (GMT 05.44), Irina Tangaeva from «Communists of Russia» gained 2.32 percent, Sergei Erbain («the Russian ecological party «Green») — 3, 05%, Andrew Ertel from the liberal democratic party — of 4.49% and the independent candidate Vasily Meltzer gained 0.82 percent of the vote.

For the first time for the office of mayor Bulankin was elected in April 1999. He was reelected in 2004, 2008 and 2013.
