The leader of the opposition center-right Alliance Ulf Kristersson suggested the red-green government on the results of Sunday’s election to resign.

The ruling red-green bloc gaining 40.6 per cent, of the opposition center-right Alliance headed by the party «Moderaterna» 40,2%, so that none of the parties will not be able to create a majority government.

«The Alliance is more red-green block. The government should resign. I respect Stefan Leuven (head of government). But now he should resign,» said Kristersson whose speech was broadcast on the channel SVT.

About readiness to conduct a dialogue on forming a government with the opposition Alliance has already declared the leader of the party «Democrats of Sweden» Jimmi devil (17.7 percent). Kristersson not commented on this proposal.
