The Moscow city court on Monday in absentia detained former magistrate Aleksey Zorin, accused of bribery, RIA news from the courtroom.

«Elect against Zorin a measure of restraint in form of detention for a period of two months from the moment of detention», — announced the three judges of its definition.

The decision about excitation of criminal case against ex-judges of the world’s land of the Metropolitan area North Medvedkovo signed personally by the head of the RF IC Alexander Bastrykin.

«Zorin is outside of Russia, his location is not established, he declared internationally wanted», — said the investigator. According to him, the sanction on correspondence arrest required for issuance of ex-judge the Russian authorities in case of detection it abroad.

As follows from the catechumens in court materials, Zorin left Russia by car in Belarus, and then crossed the border with Ukraine and disappeared. It was on 29 December last year.

A former judge is charged with Zorin article «receiving a bribe by the official with extortion». The case was filed in mid-December, 2017: the catechumens of the materials that the judge repeatedly demanded 20 thousand rubles from the «involved persons» (details unknown) and eventually succeeded.

As informs SK the Russian Federation, the defendant demanded from the man who for an administrative offence was threatened with arrest or compulsory work. Zorin money the man handed over directly in court, putting them in the passport.

Zorina terminated the powers of the qualification Board of judges of Moscow on 30 December last year, the day after his escape.
