The Moscow arbitration court at the suit of the Ministry of defense of Russia recovered from the Samara plant «Aviakor», included in the Corporation «Russian cars» holding «the Base element» Oleg Deripaska, more than 2.2 billion rubles, should be published in the operative part of the judgment.

The claim of the Ministry of defense has been declared on the termination of the state contract of may 11, 2011 and the recovery of unearned advance payment under the contract. The first instance court fully satisfied the claim. At the same time, arbitration of Moscow dismissed a counterclaim in which «Aviacor» also demanded to terminate the contract and recover from the defense Department more than 435 million rubles debt.

Previously, the Moscow arbitration has suspended until the end of consideration of the dispute, the proceedings in the other suit of the defense Ministry. In it the plaintiff demands to recover from the aircraft factory the penalty for breach of contract in the amount of about 153 million rubles, and interest on the advance a commercial loan in the amount of about 776 million.

«Aviacor» is one of the largest Russian aircraft companies, included in the Corporation «Russian machines», which unites the engineering assets of Basic element. The current plant includes the overhaul of the Tu-154, maintenance of Tu-154, Tu-95MS and An-140, An-74, the supply of components for different type of aircraft.
