The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin has instructed to transmit to the Central apparatus of the Ministry criminal case on the murder of the Advisor to the head of the KCHR Frala Shebzukhova and public figure of the Republic Aslan Zhukov in 2010, according to the Agency.

Earlier, the relatives of the killed demanded the authorities to complete the investigation and to prosecute the customer of a crime. The lawyer of victims has declared «the red tape and blurring the known facts», in connection with which the application was filed on the transfer of cases to the Central apparatus of the RF IC.

«Bastrykin instructed the investigators of the Central apparatus of the Investigative Committee to examine thoroughly the materials of these criminal cases thoroughly to find out all circumstances of Commission of crime, to establish the customers to make repeated interrogation of all defendants, including inmates and when there are sufficient grounds to prosecute all involved in these murders,» — said in the message.

The attack on the adviser to the former head of the KCHR was committed on may 12, 2010 in Cherkessk. According to the investigation, unknown persons in masks attacked Shebzukhova near his home and began to beat the bat. When the victim tried to escape, one of the attackers shot him with a pistol. Shebzukhov died on the way to the hospital. In 2013, the accused in the murder of the inhabitants of Cherkessk — Mohammed Gubaev, Alex Totorkulov and Nazim of Kosterov — was from 14 to 19 years in prison.

Entrepreneur and one of the leaders of the youth movement «Adyge-Khase» Aslan Zhukov was shot dead on March 14, 2010 in Cherkessk belonging to him on the wash, which was located near his home. The person accused was acquitted, however, in mid-August again appeared to the investigators and insisted that he killed the social worker.
