The Ministry added that the Western-the Siberian investigatory management on transport SK of Russia on materials FSB in respect of five citizens initiated a criminal case under part 3 of article 258.1 of the criminal code «Illegal production and trafficking of particularly valuable aquatic biological resources belonging to the species listed in the Red book of the Russian Federation and protected by treaties of the Russian Federation». The sanction of article provides for imprisonment up to seven years with a fine of up to two million rubles.
