The Minister of transport of the Crimea Yuri Ovsyannikov left his post as not achieved its objectives, and its management decisions deserve a failing grade, said the head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov.

Earlier, a source in the Crimean government told RIA Novosti that Ovsyannikov wrote a letter of resignation.

«This is one of the few good decisions tonight. Tasks that were put before the Minister of transport was not implemented, and the adopted management decisions deserve a failing grade,» wrote Aksenov on his page in Facebook.

In particular, according to him, not taken effective measures to optimize road network and public transport, observance of schedules by carriers, replacement bus shelters on new and others.

«We don’t need promises, we need concrete results. By the way, many continue to score the dismissed officials. Notice: it is not in quantity but in quality. Personnel updates are completely natural and will continue,» concluded Aksenov.

Ovsyannikov was appointed Minister of transport in may 2018, and was fifth in the spring of 2014 the head of the Department. He previously held the post of head of the Moscow administrative road inspection.
